eco therapy

Sessions can be in my studio or outside in my lovely garden or fields. Ecotherapy is about, bringing nature into our sessions, adding opportunities to open up conversations about what would help you.

My horses work with me in equine facilitated psychotherapy. They have always  played a big part in my life, and are invaluable for therapy work.

I am a British Horse Society  Accredited Coach with many years experience training riders and horses in the art of Classical Riding. I am an author of several equestrian books  as Claire Lilley.

Healing runs in my family, and I was drawn to the path of helping others by my paternal grandmother.  Her ‘healing hands’ were a mystery to me as a child, but as a  Reiki Master I now understand the effect of balancing the body’s energy and promoting self-healing. I am a  Member of the UK Reiki Federation.
